Placing Order

Meiki Toys.com offers number of ways ways to shop. They are as follows:

Meiki Toys.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to any pricing or technical errors.

Sales Tax

Based in Cook County, Illinois, Meiki Toys.com is obligated to charge a 9% Illinois sales tax on all items that are delivered to an Illinois address.

Product Usage

Most of the products sold by Meiki Toys.com are made by NPG for the Japanese market. Unless otherwise specified, all instruction manuals that accompany the products and packaging, including any displays on the products, are in Japanese. If you need further help, contact us at service@MeikiToys.com. Also, unless otherwise specified, all electronics comply with the Japanese electrical standard of 100V, rather than the United States electrical standard of 120V. This discrepancy does not affect the functionality of any of the electronics. In the long run, however, this discrepancy may shorten the lifespan of the electronics. Meiki Toys.com is NOT responsible for any damage to the electronics sold that is attributable to differences in electrical standard.

Shipping & Handling Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business day. Meiki Toys.com offers the following domestic shipping methods:

  • USPS First Class Mail - estimated delivery in 5~7 Business days
  • USPS Priority Mail - estimated delivery in 2~4 Business Days
  • USPS Express Mail  - estimated delivery in 1~2 Business Days


  • Please check to make sure your address is correct and complete. Any additional delivery/return fees due to incomplete address will be charged to the customer.
  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. Please go to www.usps.com to track your package.
  • All carrier deliveries are estimates only, without any shipping discrepancies, problems or delays.
  • Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days. For holidays add one business day to all delivery methods.
  • Signature upon delivery will be required on orders over $150.

International Shipping

  • 1. International shipments require customs paperwork and will take approximately 1-2 weeks from the shipping date to be delivered depending on customs clearance into your country.
  • 2. Please check with your local customs regulations to be aware of the laws within your country. If certain countries restrict these items for use or sale, Meiki Toys.com cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by customs.
  • 3. The description of "Massager" and/or "Toy Accessory" will be used on the customs form to describe the commodity inside the package. No exceptions are allowed.
  • 4. All international orders will be marked on the customs form with the actual value of the order. Meiki Toys.com will not be liable for any tariffs, import duties, or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA.
  • 5. USPS does not guarantee any tracking updates on USPS First Class International Services.
  • 6. All international shipments are shipped USPS.

Special Offer

All special offers are subject to availability and change without notice. Special offer can not be retroactively apply to previous orders. There may be times when giving free item is part of the promotion. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the free item is added to their cart before checkout if it is not added automatically. Free items will not be apply to an order after checkout. Only one coupon code allowed per order.

Return Policy

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with the following exceptions:

  • If your item is defective upon receipt: Meiki Toys.com customer service must be contacted within 48 hours of receipt. Products with manufacturer's warranty coverage in America will be handled directly by the manufacturer's support department. Any exchanges from the manufacturer are only valid for the same item unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees of replacements sent to international locations.
  • If you are dissatisfied with an item: Only unopened and undamaged packages that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you a full refund less the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. In cases of free shipping, actual shipping cost for the returned item(s) will be calculated and deducted from the refund. We WILL NOT accept open/used items for return. Any items that are returned to us used or opened will simply be disposed of and we will not issue a refund for them.
  • Bundled products: We will not issue a partial product value refund on Bundled items. Bundled products must be returned all together unopened.
  • All returns: Please contact customer service on all returning package for a RMA number and return address within 7 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded, so please keep all packaging for the 7 day return period. All returns must be shipped with a traceable shipping method and insured for the full value against damage and loss. We WILL NOT be responsible for any returns before receipt. RMA number must be included on the address or the package will be refused without exception.

Chargeback Abuse Policy

Should a chargeback be issued by accident or on purpose, our company will attempt to resolve the situation with the purchaser. If the chargeback is still processed we reserve the right to forward the case to a Collection Agency. We also reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a chargeback abuser database. The information reported will include full name, email, order date, order amount, IP address, full address and phone number.
